Economy

NOOR designer of a post-tensioned structure has a tremendous amount of flexibility in choosing the amount and location of the prestressing steel to best resist the anticipated loads and deflection. The depth within a structural member can be varied to provide compression where needed. The horizontal alignment of tendons can also be adjusted to avoid openings and obstructions such as plumbing and HVAC ducts.
